After Sales Service

It may happen that you have to return a product to our warehouse. Some examples are:
• Return during the legal retraction period;
• Delivery problems due to the transport company;
• Delivery mistakes;

We remind you that to return an article, all you need to do is follow these instructions:

1. Use the original packaging when you return the product.
2. Fill in the downloadable Return Form . We do not accept any returns without the Return Form . We advise you to contact our Customer Service by email , before returning your parcel, to obtain a return number, which will help to process your return.
3. Send your parcel to the following address:

Please note that we do not accept parcels sent postage due.

Make sure that you indicate all the necessary information for the refund or exchange on the Return Form , and especially your address and telephone number.
You can choose to have a credit note valid on your next order or to ask for a refund by cheque. For more explanations, please see the "Credit Note" page.
It will take us approximately 30 working days to process your refund request or to grant you a Credit Note. We will inform you by email of the whereabouts of your order.
