Our dermatologist's opinion The skin is covered by a hydrolipidic film that protects it from outside aggressions, among other things. This film also enables moisture evaporation from the skin to be limited. Too frequent washing with detergents may damage the hydrolipidic film resulting in a sensation of skin tightness, discomfort, dry skin or itchiness. This is why it is recommended that you use gentle washing agents, soaps without detergent and syndets.
The advice of Didier Rase This used to be said because soaps were abrasive. Today, hygiene participates in good health. I would advise you to wash yourself with a very gentle shower gel that respects your skin and above all do not forget to apply a moisturiser!
