Product returns and exchanges

It may happen that you have to return a product to our warehouse. Possible cases might be:
• A return during the legal retraction period;
• Delivery problems on account of the transport company;
• Delivery errors;

We remind you that to return an article, simply follow the instructions below:

1. Use the original packaging to return the product.
2. Fill in the downloadable Return Form . We do not accept any returns without the Return Form . We advise you to contact our Customer Service by email, before returning your parcel, to obtain a return number which will help to process the return.
3. Send your parcel to the following address :

Please note that we do not accept parcels sent postage due.

Make sure you indicate all the information necessary for your refund or exchange on the Return Form , especially your address and your telephone number.
You may choose to have a credit note valid on your next order or to ask for a refund on your credit card. For more details, please see our "Credit note" page
We require approximately 30 working days to process your refund request or to give you a Credit Note. We will inform you of the follow-up to your request by email.
