Delivery of my order
– Processing time: your orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
– Delivery area: mainland France (international shipping coming soon).
– Tracking: you will receive a confirmation email with a Colissimo tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
– Delivery fees: automatically calculated and displayed before order confirmation.
💡 In case of delay or delivery issues, our Customer Service is available to assist you.
Payments & Promotional codes
– Accepted payment methods: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay, via a 100% secure platform.
– Security: all transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
👉 Promotional codes are not yet available. This feature may be offered in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
– You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of return.
– ⚠️ For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned or exchanged.
– Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with complete packaging.
– To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service at info@didier-rase.com, specifying your order number.
– Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
