Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of cosmetic products offered by Laboratoires DR, a French simplified joint stock company (SAS) with share capital of €100,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 937 635 753, whose registered office is located at 170 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France. Any order placed on the website www.didier-rase.com implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS.
Article 2 – Products
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website. Photographs are not contractually binding but aim to faithfully represent the items. Offers are valid while stocks last.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Delivery fees are specified before order confirmation. Laboratoires DR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
Article 4 – Orders
Placing an order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The order becomes final once payment is validated and confirmed by email sent to the customer.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are specified on the website. In the event of refusal or payment incident, Laboratoires DR reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered within mainland France to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery times are usually 2 to 5 business days (indicative only). In the event of delay or loss attributable to the carrier, the customer may request either a refund or a replacement shipment.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day period from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic and skincare products once they have been opened or unsealed (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, at the customer’s expense, to the following address: Laboratoires DR – Customer Service, 170 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products.
Article 8 – Legal Warranties
All products sold are covered by: – the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code), – the legal warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). In case of a non-conforming or defective product, the customer may request repair, replacement, or refund.
Article 9 – Liability
Laboratoires DR cannot be held liable for improper use of the product by the customer, nor for damages resulting from use not in accordance with its intended purpose. Laboratoires DR cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure.
Article 10 – Personal Data
The information collected is necessary for processing and delivering orders. It is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customers have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, oppose, and request portability of their personal data. In case of complaint, customers may contact the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Article 11 – Governing Law and Disputes
These TCS are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the customer must first contact Customer Service to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the matter may be brought before the competent French court.
